With the new MeatMaster™ II you get the same renowned accuracy of the popular MeatMaster I, but the unit is half the length and is easier to integrate in-line in your production.

MeatMaster II offers a leading accuracy for fat analysis, 0,5% or even better depending on user situations. This exceptional accuracy offers more value to the users than any other in-line fat analyser. The MeatMaster II X-ray  meat analysis system can scan up to 38 tons per hour of fresh, frozen or packed meat and determine fat content and weight with high accuracy, while also spotting foreign objects.

100% control with X-ray

FOSS X-ray technology gives you unrivalled accuracy whether you are measuring fat content, weight or detecting foreign objects with a density higher than 1.7 g/cm3 (metal, bone, glass etc.). The system scans 100% of the meat in the form of whole cuts, trimmings or minced meat up to 20 cm in height. The meat can be in cartons, plastic trays or loose on the belt, chilled and/or frozen.
