Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) analysis

MilkoScan™ FT2 uses Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) analysis. It scans the full infrared spectrum enabling the measurement of new parameters even in complex dairy products. And as all FTIR instruments are standardised, calibrations can be transferred with no loss in accuracy.
