Infratec™ 1241 Flour Module

Infratec™ 1241 Grain Analyzer is designed to grow with the market's evolving measurement needs. The base module can easily be expanded with a number of additional modules, such as the flour module.

The Infratec Flour Module expands the capabilities of the Infratec 1241 unit so that both whole grain and flour can be analysed simply by selecting the appropriate calibration model.

You can measure a sample of whole grain and, immediately thereafter, a sample of flour – simply by placing the sample cup in the hopper.

The Flour module delivers highly accurate measurements of parameters such as moisture, protein and ash in flour.

No hardware changes are required. Comprising a special sample cup and suitable calibrations, the flour module delivers highly accurate measurement of parameters such as moisture and protein in flour. In addition, it enables you to accurately measure the ash content, so that tighter control of the milling process can be achieved. More accurate measurement means that a higher milling yield can be obtained, giving a short payback on the investment.

The flour module comes with all Infratec 1241 features and benefits, such as ready-to-use calibrations, one calibration for all flour products, simple sample handling, modern monochromator technology, no drift and transferable calibrations between instruments without loss of performance. Operation is simple. Just place the cup in the hopper, press the button and, within a minute, read the results on the large display.
