Fibertec™ 2010
The Fibertec 2010 system is a six-place semi-automated fibre analyser for crude and detergent fibre determination in accordance with the Weende, van Soest and other recognized methods. Single or sequential extractions are performed with internally heated reagents, under reproducible and controlled conditions. Integral extraction and filtration facilitates operation, and the elimination of sample transfer improves measurement precision.
Operational safety is enhanced by automated pre-heating and addition of reagents in the system. Batch handling tools are included for operator convenience. The Fibertec 2010 follows AOAC, AACC and ISO approved methods for crude fibre.
Safety
- No need for handling of hot crucibles by using the batch handling tools improves the operators safety
- Minimised contact with hot reagents due to automated heating and addition of the reagents in the system
Accuracy
- No touching or mixing of samples by using the batch handling tools
- Repeatable extraction conditions is ensured by the timer
- The Fibertec™ 2010 follows official approval EN ISO 6865, 92/89 EEC, EN ISO 16472, AOAC 2002.04 and EN ISO 13906
- The elimination of sample transfer improves measurement precision and speeds up the analysis
Values
- Time and money savings on low operator dependency with a semi-automated system.
- The separate cold extraction unit allows simple de-fatting and lignin determination
- Our crucibles are made for high durability with precise height to ensure no leakage during the analysis. There is a large ID printing in amber staining that never wears out
